Another year comes to an end ....

and what do I have to show for it??? I'm not talking what do I have in a material sense ... I have nothing more materialistically than I've had in years past ... still bills upon bills .... ugggg

I have Jim back in my life and my heart overflows with love for him. I never thought I'd feel such love again.

I have my sons ...no matter how crazy they make me ... I wouldn't trade them for the world.

I have my family, my parents, my sisters, my brother-in-law, my nieces and nephews ... while we don't always see eye to eye, we still love each other.

I have my friends ... both real life and online ...

While I know I won't be spending the last minutes of 2006 physically with any of you ... you will all be in my heart and on my mind bringing in the new year.

Today, Bubba Jim came by on his way to see his parents. I was in the shower when he got here, I could hear when he came in the house and Luke yelled "BUBBA JIM" He was SO excited to see his Bubba Jim! He didn't look at him and walk the other direction or anything ... it was so sweet sounding. I love that my kids enjoy being around Jim. They have really taken to him!

Evil .... I'm just Evil!

Yesterday, Dennis decided to stop by to take Austin with him to the bowling alley to finish getting Austin's ball redrilled (only been a month) ... Luke walks down the hall to see who's here, see's Dennis, turns around and heads back to his room. Its all I could do to not laugh. Dennis called him back in herre and starts talking to him. Luke's yammering about Santa and Christmas lights and says "you have a mustache" Dennis says, "yes, I have a little one" Luke says "My Bubba Jim have a mustache" Dennis looks at him and says "Who's Bubba Jim?" Luke keeps yammering about Bubba Jim and "uh huh, Bubba does have a mustache" I tell you what I was rolling ... you couldn't see me laughing but OMG was I rolling!!! Now all of a sudden I get "so, um, what's he need for Christmas?" I said "Who?" He says "Luke, what can I get him for Christmas" I said "whatever" Then he asks, "um yeah, so, basketball will be starting up in the next month or so, uh, can I take him with me?" I'm like "who, Austin, of course you can take him" he says "no, I was thinking I'd take Luke" again, my response "whatever" How in the hell is he going to take him and WATCH him while he's playing basketball??? I'm thinkin .... NO...
